We created JPcompany with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We currently do not offer gift cards, but we will in the future. :)

We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express. We also have the option to pay through PayPal.

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your order, reach out to us through our contact form below or our let's chat box located on the bottom, right hand corner of the screen. 

 

You have 10 days to return an item from the day you received it. 

 

To be eligible for returns, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. We might ask for pictures of the product(s) upon complaint. The item(s) must be in the original packaging when returning it. We will provide a shipping label for returning through our shipping Carrier, UPS.

Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you that your returned item(s) were received.. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the method of payment you used to purchase the item. You will receive the credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

You also have the option to receive a corrected replacement of the product(s) upon original item(s) returned. We will send an email on tracking information once shipped.

For local returns and exchange, we can schedule a pick up time and day for item return and offer exchange drop off at the same time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. For high demand items, 3-5 days.

 

Our standard shipping rates vary from $2.99 to 7.99 depending on items purchased. Did you know items over $65 are eligible for free shipping or local delivery? 

 

Shipping takes from 5 to 8 business days.

 We will notify you once your item(s) have been shipped and provide shipping information, so that you will be able to track your order.

For local delivery, your item(s) will be delivered between 1 to 2 days after order has processed. You will be notified as well, every step of the way!
